What you'll do

Paint your own version of Katsushika Hokusai’s legendary “Red Fuji” . This composition features Mount Fuji in brilliant red and fiery orange against a crisp blue sky dotted with bold white clouds. The dramatic color contrast and powerful simplicity make it one of the most recognizable and beloved images in Japanese ukiyo-e art

Hokusai created "Red Fuji" (Fine Wind, Clear Morning / Gaifū kaisei) as part of his groundbreaking series Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji (c. 1830–1832), when he was already in his seventies.
